The first rule of thumb for answering the Tell me about you question is to discuss what interests the interviewer. That means focusing on the experience and skills you have that will add value to the position. Providing evidence of your skills by detailing your accomplishments will set you apart from the other candidates If you are moving into a different industry you should highlight the transferable skills you can bring to the job in your interview answer.
What are your strengths and weakness?
Your strengths and weaknesses should reflect the requirements of the role. Ensure that you highlight your skills that are listed in the job description, and explain how you will gain or improve critical skills that you lack. In general, your strengths should be skills that can be supported through experience. For example, if you list communication as strength, you may want to recall a situation in which you used communication to reach a goal or resolve a problem. Your weaknesses can include a hard skill set out in the job description, provided that you emphasize your desire to acquire this skill through a course or program. Similarly, listing a soft skill you lack should be supported with a plan to learn or improve this skill.
Where do you see yourself in next five years?
That's one of the most cringe worthy interview questions of all time. The good news is you can be honest while still telling them what they really want to know. Do you have realistic expectations for your career? Are you ambitious? And does this particular position align with your growth and goals overall? For example, one way I like to think about it is: Think about where this position could realistically take you, and think about how that aligns with some of your broader professional goals.

This question is depending on the job to which you're applying, plus the company and culture, Show them you've done your homework, Show them you're qualified, and Show them you're motivated.
Why do you want this job?
By saying the exact ways that the candidate’s mission matches the company’s mission, the hiring manager will recognize that this person did their homework and is excellent for further developing and upholding the values of the organization.
